Job Description
Job Title: EDM Setter Operator
Location: Birmingham
Shift: Monday to Friday (phone number removed)
Salary: Up to £39,600 DOE

Responsibilities:
Manufacture, service, and regrind PCD cutting tools.
Operate CNC/PCD grinding machines to tight tolerances.
Inspect tools and ensure quality standards are met.
Set and operate EDM machines for precision tooling.
Read engineering drawings and adjust machining parameters.
Carry out quality checks and basic machine maintenance.Previous Experience:
Strong understanding of cutting tools, especially PCD and carbide toolingThe perfect candidate:
Someone who has a passion and wanting to progress their career within the precision engineering industry
Someone who has an understanding of Tooling, EDM and or PCD
Cylindrical Grinding experience is also beneficial
