We are looking for an experienced and motivated Education Compliance Officer to join our growing team and play a key role in ensuring high standards of compliance across education services.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail, good knowledge of regulatory requirements and a genuine interest in supporting safe, effective and compliant education provision.
The Role
As an Education Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the organisation in maintaining robust compliance processes and ensuring that relevant statutory, regulatory and organisational requirements are met.
You will work closely with education providers, internal teams and key stakeholders, providing advice, monitoring compliance and identifying areas where improvements may be required.
Key responsibilities include:
* Monitoring compliance with relevant education legislation, regulations and policies
* Undertaking compliance checks, audits and reviews
* Reviewing documentation and identifying potential areas of non-compliance
* Providing guidance and advice to education settings and internal stakeholders
* Maintaining accurate compliance records and producing reports
* Supporting investigations and follow-up actions where required
* Keeping up to date with changes to legislation, guidance and best practice
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of education compliance processes
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* Experienced in an education, compliance, regulatory, safeguarding or related environment
* Knowledgeable of relevant education legislation and regulatory requirements
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicating with a range of stakeholders
* Able to analyse information, identify risks and recommend appropriate action
* Comfortable working independently while also contributing effectively to a wider team
* Committed to maintaining high standards and delivering excellent service
Local authority, education, regulatory or compliance experience would be highly advantageous.
