Ready to help shape the future of education within charity?
I am looking for a proactive and organised Education Coordinator to support my clients' growing learning programme and make a real difference.
What we're looking for
You'll have proven experience in programme coordination, ideally in education or learning and development. Someone who's highly organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities. Strong communication skills-both written and verbal-are a must, along with the ability to work well with a wide range of people.
What you'll be doing
As Education Coordinator, you'll:
Support committees and education leads by organising meetings, preparing agendas and tracking actions.
Coordinate and deliver virtual education courses for different member groups.
Run awards, bursaries and fellowships including competitions for students and trainees.
Manage administration of CPD credits and snapshot audits.
Help adopt smarter digital tools to streamline admin processes.
Minute-taking
Work closely with the Events and Communications teams to promote the education offering.What's in it for you?
