Job Title: Education Manager – Student Progress and Attainment
Location: Centre based
Salary: up to £40,000 (depending on skills and experience)

Duties:
To lead the strategic development, monitoring and ongoing improvement of learner outcomes across our client's curriculum areas.
Work in partnership with the teaching and senior leadership teams, to set ambitious yet achievable academic targets.
Develop and coordinate targeted intervention programmes for identified groups (e.g. SEND, EAL, disadvantaged or higher prior attainers) and ensuring that outcomes are monitored to ensure effectiveness.
Management of assessment data to monitor progress, highlight issues and shape improvement plans.
Prepare regular attainment progress reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Delivery of classroom teaching as required.
Support and coach teaching staff towards improving and developing teaching practice through regular observations and reviews - ensuring action plans for teaching and learning are achieved.Essential Criteria:
Must have experience of working within a leadership or management role within education.
Must hold a relevant first degree and/or professional teaching qualification.
A strong understanding of curriculum design, assessment systems and progress tracking.
Must possess excellent data analysis skills.
Strong leadership and performance management experience and skillset.
Ability to inspire, lead and motivate teaching staff and learners.Please note:
