The Role
As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in managing relationships with schools, sourcing high-quality teaching and support staff, and ensuring both clients and candidates receive outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with schools and education professionals.

Source, screen, and interview candidates for teaching and support roles.
*
Manage the full 360° recruitment process — from client development to candidate placement.
*
Achieve sales and service targets through proactive business development.
*
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring long-term partnerships.
What We’re Looking For:

Experienced recruiter in Education sector
*
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
*
Driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented mindset.

Confident using CRM systems and online recruitment platforms.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
