We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Education Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team, placing education professionals into primary and secondary schools across Bristol, Bath, Somerset, Gloucestershire, and the South West.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a 360 consultant, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing top teaching talent to managing school relationships and fulfilling staffing needs.
You will:
* Grow and manage your own desk through sales calls, school visits, and email marketing
* Build strong, lasting relationships with schools – responding to urgent staffing needs and longer-term planning
* Market education staff to schools proactively via calls, email, and school visits
* Recruit teachers and support staff – write and post adverts, source CVs, and attend careers fairs
* Provide excellent service to both schools and candidates
* Work confidently in a fast-paced, phone-based environment
Hours: Between 7:00am–5:00pm on a rota basis
Location: Whiteladies Road, Bristol
Parking available | 5-minute walk from Clifton Down train station | Well-served by bus routes
What We’re Looking For
* Degree-level education (or equivalent experience)
* Experience in a fast-paced or target-driven role
* Confident communicator – especially over the phone
* Strong work ethic, resilience, and a can-do attitude
* Ambition to grow your own desk and take ownership of results
* A genuine interest in the education sector
