Are you a people-focused, driven recruiter looking for a desk with real opportunity? Join Education People and take on a well-established secondary desk covering schools across Bristol, Bath, Somerset, Gloucestershire, Dorset.
This is a fantastic chance to grow an already successful desk, earn uncapped commission, and build lasting relationships with schools and teachers — all with the support of a highly respected boutique agency.
What You’ll Do
* Manage and grow a well-established desk in the Secondary and SEN schools sector
* Account manage long-standing school clients while building new relationships
* work on the behalf of registered teachers and support staff to secure them work through calls, emails, and visits
* book staff for day to day emergency cover as well as contracts and perm role- the role is varied and you see results quickly!
* Recruit and register candidates – write job adverts, source CVs through linked in, CV library and job boards, attend careers fairs
* visit new and existing schools, always offering great customer service
* Provide excellent service to both schools and candidates
* Drive business growth through targeted BD calls, school visits, and marketing campaigns
What We’re Looking For
* Degree-level education (or equivalent experience)
* an understanding of Linked-in, socials and job boards an advantage
* 6+ months in a phone-based, sales, or target-driven role (e.g. call centre, telesales, or recruitment)
* Confident communicator (phone & written) with resilience and ambition
* Strong work ethic and a proactive, “can-do” attitude
* Someone excited to build a recruitment career and take ownership of results

* Hours: Term time (7am–5pm / 7am-4pm/ 8am- 5pm on a rota); School holidays (9am–3pm)
