Your Role Includes:
As a billing manager, you'll lead from the front – combining recruitment expertise with team leadership. You will:
* Take over an established 360 desk – maintaining strong school relationships and placing high-quality education staff
* Support, train and mentor a small team of consultants
* Lead by example in performance, organisation, and service delivery
* Track team goals and KPIs in a motivating and collaborative way
* Market education staff to schools via calls, emails, and face-to-face visits
* Guide team strategy and offer practical support when challenges arise
* Contribute to the onboarding of new team members
* Enjoy a leadership role where your development is just as important as your team’s
Hours: 7:00am–5:00pm on a rota basis
Location: Whiteladies Road, Bristol
Parking available | 5-minute walk from Clifton Down train station | On major bus routes
This Role is Ideal For Someone Who:
* Has a minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience and is ready to take the next step
* Ideally has experience managing a sales team
* Wants the buzz of billing while gaining valuable management experience
* Is a confident communicator and relationship builder
* Enjoys helping others succeed
* Brings energy, positivity, and a proactive mindset
* Thrives in a supportive, quality-driven environment rather than a high-pressure one
