A leading London practice is seeking a Senior Architect with a strong track record in designing and delivering schools. This role is ideal for a proven team leader passionate about creating inspiring, sustainable educational spaces and mentoring junior talent.
The Role:
Lead multiple school projects from concept to completion.
Manage client relationships, presentations, and engagement with stakeholders.
Oversee small teams, coordinating design and delivery across multi-disciplinary projects.
Contribute to business growth, PR, and winning new work.
You Will Have:
Significant experience in DfE-funded school projects, including refurbishment and new build.
RIBA/ARB Part 3 (or equivalent) with substantial post-qualification experience.
Proficiency in Revit and strong presentation/drawing skills.
Interest in MMC construction methods and sustainable design.
Ability to manage complex projects (£15M - £20m) while mentoring junior staff.
Desirable:
Higher Education experience, through all RIBA stages
Level 2 BIM knowledge.
Technical Advisor experience on education projects.
