About the Role:
As an Education Support Assistant, you'll work alongside teaching staff to support students with a range of additional needs. This role plays a key part in helping to create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment within specialist education settings.
Your Key Duties Will Include:
Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils with SEND.
Assisting in the delivery of tailored learning plans and interventions.
Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting emotional wellbeing.
Offering personal care and mobility assistance when needed.
Contributing to classroom activities and modifying materials to suit individual needs.
Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to ensure a consistent approach.Who We're Looking For:
Individuals with a passion for working with children who have special needs.
Patient, understanding, and flexible in their approach.
Good communication and team-working abilities.
Keen to learn and grow professionally in the field of education.
Experience or qualifications in SEN support are welcome but not required.What We Offer:
