Package & Benefits • £40,146 to £49,175 per annum. • £2,000 pro rata golden hello payment. • £3,000 pro rata annual retention bonus. • Relocation package of up to £8,000 (subject to eligibility). • 27 days annual leave rising to 30 days with service. • Financial support towards HCPC registration. • Ongoing CPD and structured professional assessments. • Flexible and home working options. Key Responsibilities • Assess and support children and young people experiencing learning or developmental difficulties. • Provide evidence-based advice and strategies to schools, families, and professionals. • Contribute to improving learning environments, teaching approaches, and behaviour support plans. • Support local authority initiatives and contribute to policy, practice, and service development. About You • Qualified Educational Psychologist with HCPC registration or eligibility. • Experience working with children and young people in educational or community settings. • Knowledge of child development and evidence-based psychological assessment and intervention.
