Educational Support Worker - SEMH & Behaviour
Location: Longsight, Manchester
Salary: £23,114 per annum (pro rata) - £115-£120 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time / Long-term
Simply Education are recruiting for an Educational Support Worker to work within a supportive school in Longsight catering for pupils with SEMH and behavioural needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Support learning and personal development through one-to-one and small group work.
Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and behaviour plans.
Apply Team Teach techniques to manage and de-escalate behaviour.
Encourage positive participation and pupil progress.Requirements:
Team Teach qualification (essential).
Previous experience supporting children with behavioural or emotional needs.
Strong communication skills and a calm, professional manner.Desirable:
Level 1 or 2 TA qualification.
Prior experience within an SEMH, PRU, or Alternative Provision setting.How to Apply:
