Location: Stevenage - Hybrid
Hourly Rate: £70.00 – £80.00 (Contract)
Clearance: Current SC Clearance (or eligibility) required
EGSE Engineer
A leading global organisation in aerospace and space systems is seeking an Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) Engineer to join their team. The company designs, manufactures, and tests advanced solutions for spacecraft, satellites, and related systems, delivering cutting-edge technology to clients worldwide.
Requirements:
* Develop and maintain EGSE for spacecraft and satellite systems.
* Define technical requirements and ensure compliance with project specifications.
* Execute integration, verification, and validation activities.
* Troubleshoot electrical and functional anomalies during test campaigns.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure system readiness.
Desirable:
* Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Systems Engineering (or equivalent experience).
* Strong experience with test equipment and EGSE systems.
* Knowledge of spacecraft electrical architecture and interfaces.
* Hands-on experience in testing and troubleshooting complex systems.
