Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS policies and procedures aligned with legal and regulatory standards. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure full compliance with EHS requirements. Deliver training and ongoing support to employees on best practices in health, safety, and environmental management. Lead investigations into incidents and accidents, producing detailed reports and actionable recommendations. Monitor, analyse, and report on EHS performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement. Work closely with management to foster a proactive culture of safety and environmental responsibility. Stay abreast of industry developments and legislative changes impacting EHS.What We're Looking For: Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline. NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent recognised EHS qualification. Proven experience in an EHS role, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environments. Strong understanding of UK EHS legislation and industry best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels. Skilled in data analysis and report preparation for management. Proficient in Microsoft Office and EHS management software.
