Job Description

Talentmark are recruiting for an EHS Specialist, to join a chemical manufacturing company, based in Derbyshire, on a temporary basis. This position will provide assistance with day to day EHS, within a leading Semiconductor and Electronic Materials manufacturing company, in process safety.
The salary is equivalent to £40,000 per annum.

 The Company:
 Our client is a leading manufacturer of advanced chemicals and materials, supplying to many companies worldwide.

 Your main duties will be:

Develop, implement and manage programs and processes.
Provide guidance, leadership and technical support to facilities.
Lead the implementation and direction of EHS programs.
Implement and conduct audit and risk assessment programs.
Provide support on recurring environmental compliance obligations, including compliance recordkeeping, reporting, testing, etc.
Develop and maintain relationships with operating plant / facility staff that support a collaborative model of providing EHS support.Your Background:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an EHS role within a manufacturing environment.
A degree in Chemistry or a related field.
Good expertise in environmental and waste management.
Proven experience in incident investigation.
The ability to quickly integrate and perform effectively, as this is not a junior-level role.Apply:
