EIA Associate Director Kent based + Hybrid Working £60,000 to £70,000 + Bonus + Health package + Life assurance + Excellent further benefits + Progression to Director Are you an experienced Environmental professional ready to step into a senior leadership role within a growing multidisciplinary consultancy? Do you enjoy leading complex Environmental Impact Assessments, mentoring technical teams and building strong client relationships? As an Associate Director, you will lead the coordination and delivery of Environmental Impact Assessments while supporting business development and mentoring junior team members. You will manage client relationships, oversee multidisciplinary inputs and play a key role in maintaining the high-quality service that underpins long standing client partnerships. With a strong track record of developing leaders from within, this role offers genuine progression toward Director level alongside continuous professional development, networking opportunities and exposure to high profile projects. The ideal candidate will have significant EIA coordination experience, strong environmental planning knowledge and the confidence to lead teams and manage clients. A background within consultancy or local authority is welcomed.
