Location: South East (Portsmouth and surrounding areas)

Role Overview

The EICR Electrician will be responsible for carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) within domestic social housing properties, along with associated remedial works. This role involves travelling across the region, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with current regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  * 

    Carry out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) within domestic social housing properties

  * 

    Complete associated remedial works following inspection findings

  * 

    Ensure all electrical work complies with current regulations and standards

  * 

    Maintain high levels of workmanship, safety, and professionalism on all sites

  * 

    Travel across designated areas to complete scheduled works

  * 

    Accurately report findings and completed work as required

Requirements

  * 

    Fully qualified Electrician

  * 

    18th Edition Wiring Regulations

  * 

    NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation

  * 

    2391 Testing and Inspection qualification

  * 

    Proven experience carrying out EICRs within domestic social housing

  * 

    Experience completing remedial works

  * 

    Full UK driving licence (essential due to travel requirements)
