Job Description
At Moxie People, we're working with a values-driven Housing Association based in Cardiff to find a skilled Electrician who wants more than just a job - someone who takes pride in delivering a service that keeps people safe and makes homes better.

What You'll Be Doing:
As part of the repairs and maintenance team, you'll carry out electrical repairs, installations, testing, and inspections across tenanted and vacant homes. You'll be at the heart of ensuring properties are safe, functional, and up to regulatory standards - all while providing a service that tenants can rely on.
What You'll Bring:
A City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in a relevant electrical subject
18th Edition qualification (BS7671 / 2380/81)
Test & Inspection certificate (C&G 2391)
Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of electrical installation work
Experience working both independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management and ability to plan and prioritise work effectively
Strong customer focus and a conscientious, solutions-based approach
Confidence using smartphone technology and job scheduling software
A full clean UK driving licence
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with tenants and colleagues
A proactive mindset - ready to embrace change, improve processes, and try new approaches
Willingness to carry out customer satisfaction surveys and follow all health and safety procedures
A commitment to completing work to specification, within relevant legislation and industry best practiceWhat's in it for you?
