Electrical and Software Engineering Manager
An innovative technology business, based in High Wycombe, is looking for an experienced Electrical and Software Engineering Manager to lead and develop their growing engineering teams. This is a senior-level role with the opportunity to make a significant impact on high-specification projects delivered to global clients across sectors including aerospace, energy, and advanced manufacturing.
The RoleAs Electrical and Software Engineering Manager, you will:
Lead, mentor, and manage the electrical and software engineering teams.
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of electrical and software solutions for complex engineering projects.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
Collaborate with mechanical, production, and project management teams to align technical objectives with business goals.
Drive process improvements, resource planning, and compliance with industry standards.
Provide regular updates and technical leadership to senior management.
What We’re Looking For as an Electrical and Software Manager:
Proven experience managing or leading electrical and software engineering teams.
Strong technical background in electrical engineering, control systems, and software development.
Track record of delivering complex engineering projects successfully.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop multi-disciplinary engineers.
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
