Job Description
Sterling Recruitment Services are currently looking for two Electrical Assembly Operatives on a Temporary – Permanent basis to join an innovative, established manufacturer based in Ponteland.
The Electrical Assembly Operatives will receive a pay rate of £12.50 per hour, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension contributions, and early finishes on a Friday.
Annual pay review.
The hours of work are 8:30am – 5pm Monday – Thursday and 8:30am – 1:30pm on a Friday.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Electrical Assembly Operatives:
* Ability to follow written instructions and electrical drawings.
* Selecting and cutting wires to size
* Connecting wires to appropriate terminals, soldering or crimping.
* Using hand tools, power tools, and air tools
* Laying cable trunking
* Conducting functional tests.
Desirable skills:
Dexterous
Previous experience within electrical assembly and panel building.
