Coventry (CV2)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 16:30
Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour + overtime premiums available
Position Type: Long term work with view of a permanent position
Empowered Personnel is currently recruiting an experienced Electrical Assembly Operative for one of their clients based in Coventry. This is a long term role that could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate. Our client is looking for a reliable, skilled individual with previous experience in electrical assembly to join a busy, fast paced production team.
Electrical Assembly Operative Key Responsibilities:
• Performing high quality electrical assembly of components and units
• Crimping and wiring according to schematic drawings
• PCB soldering and assembly of electrical circuits
• Checking and testing electrical units to ensure accuracy
• Following all health and safety procedures during electrical assembly work
• Maintaining a clean and organised workstation as part of electrical assembly duties
Electrical Assembly Operative Requirements:
• Previous experience in electrical assembly is essential
• Previous experience reading and interpreting schematic drawings
• Previous experience with wiring, crimping, and PCB soldering
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced electrical assembly environment
