Skilled Electronics Assemblers
Rugby (Swift Valley)
£13.33-£14.35 per hour (DOE)
Mon-Fri - 08:30-17:30

We're looking for experienced electronics assembly operatives who can solder, wire, read technical drawings and work hands-on with high-spec products.
The Opportunity
We're hiring four skilled Electronics Assembly Operatives to join a busy and growing engineering firm in Rugby that builds advanced laser systems.
You'll be part of a fast-paced production team, working on high-end equipment from day one:
Soldering and wiring complex assemblies
Handling PCBs and electronic components
Building chillers and cooling systems
Interpreting and following technical schematicsThis isn't for beginners. It's a role for someone who's done it before, knows their way around a soldering iron, and is confident with crimping and wiring.
