A leading family feel, Hard FM contractor, currently has a key requirement for a Lead electrical bias engineer for a static commercial media space in London. Covering general M&E tasks, including water temp monitoring, emergency light testing, AHU and FCU maintenance, small plumbing repairs and other reactive work. Paid up to £47,000
As a Lead Electrical Bias Engineer, you will be: -
* Electrical Bias Engineer will cover service and Maintenance of BMS front end systems
* Electrical Bias Engineer will carry out regular PPM's on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
* Electrical Bias Engineer will complete breakdowns on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
* Electrical Bias Engineer will fault find and repair Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
* Electrical Bias Engineer will be based on the Clients site, which is a large high-end residential site
*Electrical Bias Engineer will be paid up to £47,000 depending on experience
Requirements for the Electrical Bias Engineer: -
* Electrical Bias Engineer must have Electrical qualifications including an 18th Edition
* Electrical Bias Engineer to have experience in PPM's on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
* Electrical Bias Engineer to have fault finding and repair experience on Electrical systems and Mechanical plant
* Electrical Bias Engineer should have experience with being client facing and having good relationship building skills
* Electrical Bias Engineer to be within easy commute to South-West London
*Must be computer literate and able to use excel
