JOB ALERT‼️ Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Foot-Mobile) 📍 Central London | 💰 £40,000 + £5,000 Travel Allowance | 🕗 Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm I'm hiring a foot-mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer in Central London for a major player in the commercial real estate sector. 🔧 The Role: -Mainly PPMs, with some reactive maintenance, fault finding & repairs -Client-facing work in high-end commercial offices ✅ Requirements: -C&G Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical (L2 not accepted) -Able to work independently & hit the ground running -Professional, reliable, and confident in client settings 💼 What’s On Offer: -£40k + £5k travel allowance -25 days holiday (inc.
