Job Description

Zenith People are working with our client who are an established Manufacturer looking to recruit a time-served Electrical Biased Maintenance Technician on a permanent basis. Working a shift pattern of earlies & lates, this position comes with a Shift Allowance on top of the basic salary advertised. What You’ll Be Doing * Execute planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems * Minimise downtime by responding swiftly and safely to equipment breakdowns * Collaborate with plant engineering on upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives * Maintain and optimise the CMMS system, ensuring accurate data and reporting * Drive efficiency by identifying waste and implementing smart solutions * Manage stores and procurement for maintenance supplies * Support root cause analysis and contribute to long-term reliability strategies What You’ll Bring * HNC in Electrical Engineering or a recognised apprenticeship * Proven experience in a similar role within automotive or high-volume manufacturing * Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance skills * Proficiency in PLCs and Manufacturing Control Systems * Experience with injection moulding equipment (preferred) * Commitment to safety protocols including lockout/tagout procedures * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities If you are a time-served Electrical Biased Maintenance Technician with experience fault finding on PLC's and are interested in being considered for this vacancy please click apply now
