Electrical Commissioning Lead - Frankfurt
Are you passionate about leading cutting-edge electrical commissioning projects for some of the world’s leading corporations? We are seeking an experienced Electrical Commissioning Lead to join our dynamic team, overseeing critical activities across complex engineering and construction projects throughout Europe.
As a vital part of our delivery team, you will manage all aspects of electrical commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams and clients, contributing to major advancements in data centres, life sciences, and advanced technology facilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage electrical commissioning activities on site from start to finish
* Monitor, analyse, and update daily and monthly progress reports
* Produce weekly look-ahead schedules to maintain project momentum
* Develop baseline schedules covering engineering, construction, testing, and commissioning
* Coordinate and attend weekly meetings with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Prepare and manage testing and commissioning documentation
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project-specific standards
* Manage resources, track critical path and milestone activities, and mitigate potential delays
* Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to commissioning teams
Essential Requirements
* Strong background in electrical commissioning within complex construction environments
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised with outstanding project planning abilities
* Skilled at leading and motivating teams
* Proficiency in CAD and engineering database systems
* Familiarity with Project/Primavera planning software
* Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and analytical skills
* Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines
