Electrical Construction Manager – Hyperscale Data Centre | Zurich, Switzerland
€95K–€105K + €30,000 Annual Living Allowance + Flights + Accommodation + Rotation
Take the lead on one of Europe’s largest hyperscale data centre builds — a flagship project for a global tech giant. This isn’t a routine role — it’s a high-impact leadership position where you’ll run the entire electrical scope from design coordination through to commissioning.
You’ll be managing a world-class team, delivering a mission-critical facility to the highest standards of safety, quality, and technical precision.
The Role
* Direct all on-site electrical works — planning, delivery, and daily coordination
* Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning for complex power and control systems
* Lead engineers, supervisors, and contractors across multi-phase programmes
* Work closely with design teams to resolve technical challenges fast
* Track budgets, variations, and ensure cost control throughout delivery
* Maintain uncompromising safety and quality performance
* Manage client handover and ensure complete project documentation
You’ll Need
* Electrical trade qualification or engineering degree
* 5+ years leading large-scale electrical construction projects
* Experience in data centres, high-tech manufacturing, or other mission-critical facilities
* Strong knowledge of HV/LV distribution, ELV systems, and electrical infrastructure
* Proven ability to drive programmes to strict deadlines
* Skilled in managing diverse site teams and subcontractors
* Proficiency with MS Office and construction management software
