An established and highly regarded MEP contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join the delivery team on a flagship commercial development in the City of London.

The Opportunity

You'll be joining a contractor with a strong reputation for delivering large-scale MEP projects across the UK and Europe within sectors including:

  * Commercial

Known for delivering technically demanding schemes and high-value MEP packages, the business provides fully integrated building services solutions from design through to commissioning and handover.

The Role

As Electrical Construction Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day electrical delivery on site, ensuring works are completed safely, to programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  * Managing electrical installation activities across the project.

  * Coordinating electrical subcontractors, labour and specialist packages.

  * Overseeing LV distribution, containment, power, lighting, fire alarm and associated electrical systems.

  * Driving programme, sequencing and short-term planning.

  * Monitoring installation quality and technical compliance.

  * Managing site reporting, technical queries and coordination issues.

  * Working closely with Project Managers, consultants and client teams.

  * Ensuring Health & Safety procedures and site standards are maintained.

  * Supporting testing, commissioning, snagging and final handover.

  * Coordinating with mechanical and other trades to ensure smooth project delivery.

  * Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager on major construction projects.

  * Strong electrical building services background.

  * Previous experience delivering commercial or large-scale MEP projects.

  * Good technical understanding of electrical building services installations.

  * Strong leadership, communication and coordination skills.

  * Ability to work within fast-paced project environments.
