Job Description
Job Title: Electrical Contract Manager
Location: London (with 1 day/week travel to Kent office)
Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum (DOE)
I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing M&E contractor who is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Contract Manager to join their London team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected business that delivers a wide range of projects, with a strong focus on high-rise residential developments. Candidates with experience in commercial or industrial projects will also be considered.
The Role:
Overseeing multiple electrical projects from pre-construction through to handover.
Managing site teams and subcontractors to ensure high standards of work and compliance.
Coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery.
Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Ensuring adherence to all relevant health & safety legislation.
Regular reporting to senior leadership on progress and key metrics.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar Electrical Contract Manager role.
Strong background in high-rise residential projects is ideal.
Commercial or industrial experience also considered.
Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition).
SMSTS or equivalent preferred.
Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
Flexibility to attend the company’s Kent office once a week.
Package:
Salary up to £80,000 depending on experience.
