Role Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join an established and growing M&E contractor.

This is a senior opportunity managing electrical projects from pre-construction through to completion, working across a varied portfolio of commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, hospitality, and technically demanding projects.

The role will suit an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager looking for a long-term opportunity with a business that has a strong project pipeline and the resources to support continued growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

  * Managing multiple electrical projects from contract award through to completion

  * Overseeing project programmes, budgets, resources, and commercial performance

  * Managing project teams, site managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers

  * Coordinating electrical design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover

  * Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders

  * Monitoring project progress and managing risks, variations, and commercial opportunities

  * Ensuring projects are delivered to the required quality, programme, and health and safety standards

  * Supporting pre-construction and tendering activity where required

  * Providing leadership and support to the wider electrical delivery team

Skills and Qualifications Required

  * Proven experience as an Electrical Contracts Manager or Senior Electrical Project Manager

  * Strong background within M&E contracting or commercial building services

  * Experience managing multiple projects and teams

  * Strong technical understanding of electrical building services

  * Excellent commercial and contractual awareness

  * Strong client management and communication skills

  * Ability to manage programmes, budgets, and project resources effectively

  * Relevant electrical qualification

  * Full UK Driving Licence
