We are recruiting a Electrical Contractors Manager for one of our clients; a Electrical sub-contractor, specializing in a wide range of projects across London.
The Role:
* Managing multiple projects at one time
* Working for tier 1 Contractors
* Mainly office Fit out projects
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all contract stages from tender to completion
* Negotiate and administer contracts in line with company and client requirements
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
* Monitor project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards
* Resolve contractual disputes and claims efficiently
* Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager (ideally 10yrs+)
* Strong knowledge of electrical projects
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong commercial awareness and risk management capability
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., RICS, CIOB) preferred
* Have a electrical background
