Job Description
Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong electrical background looking for your next challenge?
We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading electrical sub-contractor who specialise in delivering high-quality projects across pubs, bars, and hospitality venues throughout Kent and London, working directly with well-known clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business in a pivotal role – reporting directly to the Managing Director and playing a key part in the company’s continued success.
The Role:
As Contracts Manager, you’ll take ownership of multiple electrical projects from inception through to completion. The role will also include a dual responsibility as an Estimator, helping to price and secure future work.
Your day-to-day will include:

Managing and delivering electrical installation projects across multiple pub refurbishments and fit-outs.
*
Overseeing all site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
*
Working closely with clients, contractors, and the internal team to maintain excellent communication and service.
*
Estimating and pricing upcoming works to support the company’s growth strategy.
*
Leading project handovers and ensuring quality control throughout.
What We’re Looking For:
*
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar Contracts Manager or Project Manager role within the electrical industry.
*
Strong technical understanding of electrical installation and site management.
*
Proven track record of delivering commercial projects – ideally within the hospitality, pub, or retail sectors.
*
Comfortable working in a dual role – both delivering live projects and assisting with estimating/pricing future work.
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Office-based role (Kings Hill, Kent) – no work-from-home policy.

You will report directly to the Managing Director and be a key member of the leadership team.
