Our client is delivering turnkey design, supply, and installation solutions across major sectors including healthcare, pharmaceutical, and mission-critical facilities.
This role is perfect for an Electrical Contracts Manager who wants to travel to Europe for work!
The Role As Contracts Manager, you’ll take overall responsibility for multiple live data centre projects, leading senior project teams including Site Managers, Engineers, and Quantity Surveyors. You’ll ensure that every project under your control meets commercial, quality, and safety targets while exceeding client expectations.
You will:
Lead the full project lifecycle from pre-construction through completion.
Oversee commercial and procurement activities, working closely with QS and supply chain teams.
Drive design development, value engineering, and project optimisation.
Manage subcontractor performance, site progress, and resource allocation.
Ensure full compliance with health and safety procedures and standards.
Produce regular progress reports and liaise effectively with all project stakeholders.
Contribute to business development by maintaining and building strong client relationships.
About You
10+ years’ experience within the M&E contracting sector, ideally with data centre exposure.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent commercial awareness and stakeholder management ability.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Degree in Engineering or related discipline desirable (not essential).
