Designing and developing electrical and control systems for custom-engineered automated equipment.
Creating schematics, wiring schedules, and loom diagrams to meet international standards.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Mechanical Design, Manufacturing, and Quality.
Supporting the full product lifecycle-from concept through to production and testing.
🧠 What You'll Bring
An electrical design engineering background with at least 2 years industry experience post qualifications.
Experience in system or equipment design, ideally in a fast-paced development environment.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical or similar package with a solid understanding of engineering change control.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.💡 Bonus Points For:
Knowledge of CE marking, EN standards, and P&ID diagrams.
Experience within process automation industriesYou will be based at their centre of excellence that is within a 35 minute commute or less from Bristol, Newport, Weston-Super-Mare and Chepstow areas.
This role is paying up to £45,000 per annum dependent on experience plus benefits including hybrid working, bonus incentives and a company culture that actively drives the development of their teams.
