Electrical Design Engineer
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Benefits
Hours: 37.75/week | Days | Permanent
Location: Leicester
We're seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Director, you'll play a key role in electrical system design, project reviews, and technical support across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce wiring diagrams using AutoCAD
Review and approve design documentation
Conduct DFMEA and track budgets
Support sales, service, and customer teams
Contribute to business strategy and meet KPIs
Requirements:
Background in electrical design engineering
Electrical engineering qualifications
Knowledge of IEC
60204 & 61439
Proficient in AutoCAD (essential); experience with Autodesk, Creo, Siemens (advantageous)
