MedicashAre you an electrical engineer with a background in food? Are you looking for a role with a clear route to a senior/ lead engineering role within 6-12 months? Then keep on reading! This medium-sized food manufacturer needs a team player motivated to support in a variety of growth/ improvement projects across manufacturing- including automation of machinery, continuous improvements and increasing and improving manufacturing capabilities.
Roles/Responsibilities
Carry out planned maintenance and reactive breakdowns on food production machinery
Repair and maintain invertors, drives, relays, motors and bespoke equipment
Assist in project work including machinery installation and automation
Grow into a senior role including CMMS management, work allocation, budget management and supporting the growing engineering team
Comply with a call-out rotaWhat We're Looking For
An industrial electrician or a multiskilled engineer with a strong electrical bias
Experience in a food manufacturing/ processing environment
A recognised electrical engineering qualification (NVQ, HNC, HND, degree etc.)
