Impact Recruitment are currently working with a market leading business who specialise in the construction industry globally. They are currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to support the Engineering Team.
Our client is a team of engineers who specialise in the design, development, manufacture, commissioning and site operation for a range of specialist construction projects around the world. They provide the complete service of construction engineering, supply of equipment and site supervision. With offices based around the world they are a growing and developing company, with opportunity to progress your career.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (Depending on experience)
Location: Rushden Northamptonshire
Hours: Monday - Friday working 9am-5:30pm
Contract: Permanent
Responsibilities:
Design and develop electrical and control systems for industrial and field applications.
Create and interpret detailed electrical circuit diagrams and schematics.
Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical design standards, safety regulations, and industry legislation.
Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations for new equipment and system designs.
Install, test, and commission electrical equipment in both workshop and field environments.
Provide technical support to customers both remotely and on-site, ensuring effective troubleshooting and resolution.
Develop and deliver training programs for customers on equipment operation, maintenance, and repair procedures.
Perform routine and corrective maintenance on electrical and control systems in the workshop. Required Experience:
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in designing and building electrical systems, including 400V AC power circuits and 24V DC control circuits.
Proficient in AutoCAD for creating and modifying electrical schematics and layout drawings.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Possession of a valid driver's license.
Valid passport and ability to travel internationally at short notice.Benefits:
