Job Description
I am currently recruiting on behalf onf one of teh UK's largest maintenance providers who are looking to hire an experienced electrical maintenance engineer with a strong background in building services/facilities maintenance to join their day team on a highly prestigious site based close to Vauxhall.
Duties:
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance
* Reactive duties
* Emergency light testing
* Lamping
* Minor projects
* Generator checks
* HVAC systems including AHU's, FCU's VAV's etc
* Some mechanical plant and basic plumbing
Requirements:
* City and Guilds/NVQ in electrical installation
* 18th Edition
* Clean criminal check
* Experience in building service maintenance
