Salary: £41,000 + Overtime Available

We're recruiting for an Electrical Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where fault finding and breakdown response are key to success. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring production runs smoothly by carrying out preventative maintenance, responding to electrical faults, and identifying long-term improvements to minimise downtime.
Key Responsibilities of the Electrical Engineer:
* Electrical maintenance and fault finding on production and packaging machinery
* Responding to breakdowns and carrying out root cause analysis
* Supporting ongoing improvements and reliability projects across the site
* Working proactively to reduce downtime and increase machine efficiency
* Ensuring all work is completed to safety and compliance standards
Key Requirements:
* Time-served or qualified Electrical Engineer with strong maintenance experience
* Confident with electrical diagnostics, PLC fault finding, and industrial controls
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is highly desirable
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
