A leading multi-disciplinary building services consultancy is seeking an Electrical Engineer or Senior to join their growing Chester office. Role & Responsibilities
Lead and deliver electrical designs for building services projects across multiple sectors.
Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with industry standards.
Coordinate with architects, contractors, and multi-disciplinary teams.
Carry out site surveys, inspections, and technical reporting.
Support and mentor junior engineers.
Work within a standardised QA process, ensuring consistent and accurate output.Skills & Experience Required
Degree/HND qualified in Electrical Engineering or Building Services (or equivalent experience).
Strong background in building services design - LV/HV systems, lighting, fire alarms, emergency systems, security/CCTV.
Up-to-date knowledge of IET Wiring Regulations (18th Edition) and relevant BS standards.
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Amtech/Trimble.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Previous consultancy or contractor-side building services experience.Why Apply?
