About the Role

As an Electrical Engineering Lecturer, you will:

  * 

    Deliver high-quality teaching across a range of Electrical Engineering programmes

  * 

    Support students at various levels, including full-time learners and apprentices

  * 

    Contribute to curriculum development and continuous quality improvement

  * 

    Assess, track, and support learners to achieve their goals

  * 

    Engage with industry to maintain relevant, up-to-date teaching content

  * 

    Play an active role in a collaborative and forward-thinking Engineering department

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  * 

    Strong industry experience in Electrical Engineering

  * 

    Excellent communication and organisational skills

  * 

    Passion for supporting student progress

  * 

    Willingness to achieve teaching qualifications (fully funded)

Desirable:

  * 

    Prior teaching or training experience

  * 

    Relevant Level 5+ Engineering or Teaching qualification

  * 

    Knowledge of FE curriculum delivery
