Electrical Estimator – Commercial Fit-Out
Location: London (4 days office-based, 1 day remote)
Permanent or Contract (Day Rate Option)
£50,000 – £55,000 per annum or £215/day (contract)
Are you an experienced Electrical Estimator with a strong background in commercial fit-out projects? We’re working with a leading contractor seeking a skilled individual to join their team at the pre-construction phase, contributing to competitive and accurate electrical tenders.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical installations, materials, and labour.
Analyse drawings, specifications, and tender documents to accurately scope project requirements.
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and constraints.
Prepare and submit complete tender documentation.
Produce clear and concise reports to support estimating and tender processes.
Assess project risks and explore value engineering opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within the commercial fit-out sector.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, industry standards, and best practices.
Ability to analyse technical documentation and accurately estimate project costs.
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Proficiency in estimating software and related tools.
Strong problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for risk and opportunity.
