Are you an experienced Electrical Estimator looking for your next challenge – or ready to step off the tools into an office-based role?
ITS Building People are working with a well-established Mechanical & Electrical contractor in the West Midlands, specialising in building services, who are now looking to expand their team with a Electrical Estimator.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for electrical projects
* Analyse project specifications and liaise with suppliers for quotations
* Manage multiple tenders and ensure timely submissions
* Attend tender handover meetings and support the project team as work is secured
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in electrical estimating within the building services or construction sector
* Strong understanding of electrical systems and project requirements
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
