£50,000 - £56,000 + Days Only + Company Pension + On Site Parking + Progression to Operations Manager

Are you a Facilities Manager with an electrical qualification, looking for an off the tools, leadership role where you will look after a tight-knit team for an international maintenance company that can offer a stable, static role?
This company are renowned for reactive and planned maintenance. They take exceptional pride in their ability to train and promote staff, allowing them to progress and flourish in the workplace with unlimited progression routes across the business.
In this role you will be Monday to Friday based, with occasional weekend work which gives you flexibility in your hours the following week. You will be working alongside the senior management team in charge of managing all daily planned and reactive facility maintenance within a Leicester city location, whilst managing engineers, contractors and completing risk assessments.
This role would suit a Facilities Manager who is electrically qualified looking to boost their career within a large and successful business that offers a great long-term with a comfortable work-life balance.
