Job Title: Facilities Technician (Electrician)
Location: Market Drayton
Shift: Days, 39 hours/week (8:30am–5:00pm, flexible)
Salary: £45,000 per annum

Facilities Technician Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair electrical faults and breakdowns on plant equipment
Carry out installations and modifications to BS7671 standards
Conduct PAT testing and emergency lighting checks
Maintain compliance logs and update CMMS
Manage electrical permits and supervise contractors
Support PPM routines and energy-saving initiatives
Assist with project work and general facilities tasks (e.g., fire alarms, lighting repairs)
Ensure safe working practices and complete daily shift handovers
Facilities Technician Experience & Skills:
Qualified Electrician with industrial/plant experience
Level 3 Electrical (C&G 2330/2365) and 18th Edition certified
Skilled in fault finding, control panels, and electrical maintenance
Experience with PAT testing, inverters, and emergency lighting
Familiar with CMMS systems
Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
