Job Title: Electrical Fitter Location: Stroud
Salary: £30,000 per annum 2 Bonus Schemes Unlimited Overtime
Shifts: Mon–Thu 07:30–16:30 Fri 07:30–14:00 (Early finish!)

What You'll Be Doing:
Building complex vehicle and equipment circuitry with precision and pride.
Installing electrical components into vehicle cabs — pulling cables, wiring panels, mounting gear.
Working hands-on with 24V systems and reading detailed schematics.
Crimping, ferruling, cable routing, and all the nuts-and-bolts of great electrical work.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving in collaboration with supervisors to keep things moving smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
A strong background in electrical engineering and practical industrial experience.
Recognised qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, BTEC, NVQ).
Confidence reading and working from schematic drawings.
Skilled in using standard electrical tools and performing quality self-checks.
Bonus points if you’ve done panel wiring or worked in a fast-paced workshop.
