Job Title: Electrical Fitter
Location: Stroud
Salary: £30,000 per annum - Plus 2 bonus schemes - Plus unlimited Overtime
Shifts: Mon–Thu 07:30–16:30 Fri 07:30–14:00 (Early finish!)
Are you an experienced Electrical Fitter seeking a new challenge in a modern, high-quality engineering environment? This is your chance to become part of a skilled and supportive team, where your expertise will make a real impact and no two days are alike.
What You’ll Do:
Assemble and install complex vehicle and equipment circuitry with precision.
Fit electrical components into vehicle cabs — cable pulling, wiring panels, mounting gear.
Work confidently with 24V systems and detailed schematic drawings.
Carry out crimping, ferruling, cable routing, and all aspects of electrical installation.
Collaborate with supervisors to fault-find and resolve issues quickly.What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in electrical engineering or fitting.
Relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, BTEC, NVQ).
Strong ability to read and interpret schematics.
Skilled with electrical tools and able to carry out quality self-checks.
(Desirable) Experience in panel wiring or working in a busy workshop.What’s in It for You:
