About the Role:
Were seeking an experienced Electrical Improver to join our team on a major commercial student accommodation development in Birmingham. Youll be focusing on 1st fix installation work, playing a key role in delivering a high-spec project from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with 1st fix electrical installations: containment, cable pulling, trunking, conduit, and tray work.
*
Work from electrical drawings and follow supervisor instructions.
*
Prepare and maintain tools, materials, and work areas.
*
Support qualified electricians with system installations and basic testing.
*
Ensure all work meets current health & safety regulations.
*
Contribute to keeping the project on time and to specification.
Requirements:
*
ECS/CSCS (Electrical) Essential.
*
Previous experience as an Electrical Improver, ideally on commercial or large residential builds.
*
Solid knowledge of electrical tools, materials, and safe working practices.
*
Good teamwork skills and a strong work ethic.
Benefits:
