Electrical Improver – Overview
Low Carbon Recruitment Ltd are working with an established Renewable Energy company who are seeking an Electrical Improver to join their growing team. They are based in Bristol with the majority of their work being local, with occasional works further afield. They want an Electrical Improver who they can offer full training and development too, training you on all aspects of their work including Solar PV, Battery Storage, Heat Pumps, EV Chargers and more. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Electrician to fast track their career and gain a host of new skills and qualifications.
As a company they supply as range of services from Commercial & Domestic Solar PV, Battery Storage, Air Source Heat Pumps, EV Charging and System designs. They work directly with Businesses, Contractors, Commercial Landlords, Property Developers and Architects.
You will be responsible for supporting the qualified electricians and engineers in the installation, maintenance, and testing of electrical systems. The role provides hands on experience to develop practical skills and technical knowledge which will advance you towards becoming a fully qualified electrician.
Electrical Improver – Requirements
* Assist qualified electricians with the installation of electrical systems (Solar PV, ASHP’s, EV charging)
* Carry tools, materials, and equipment, ensuring the work area is safe and well organised.
* Support in fault finding and basic testing activities.
* Work as part of a team to deliver projects to a high standard, on time and within budget.
* Follow instructions and demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and progress in the trade.
Electrical Improver – Remuneration
* Basic Salary of £28,000 – £32,000 – D.O.E
* Company Vehicle & Fuel Card
* Overtime Available
* 21 Days + BH
* Company Pension
