The Electrical Installation Foreman Role
As the Electrical Installation Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the installation of electrical systems for this company's projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring the readiness and safety compliance of each work area before commencing electrical installation activities
Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of electricians and subcontractors to maintain efficient workflow
Monitoring the progress of electrical systems installation and identifying any deviations from plans, specifications, or schedules
Guaranteeing that electrical works are carried out to the highest standards of quality and in accordance with approved drawings and project requirements
Coordinating with other trades and site management to prevent conflicts and delays
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this Electrical Installation Foreman role, you will need:
A diploma or technical certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field
3+ years of track record, preferably as an Electrical Foreman, in the energy or construction sector
2+ years involvement with CCGT Projects
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and codes
The ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
A commitment to safety and compliance
